neyn birthday update.

thank you to wawa and fasi for coming. i know relatively what it cost u moneywise and timewise, so thanx for coming and making it memorable.

i held a little birthday party, where i cooked for the friends that came, housemates, and a few colleagues.

then after everyone was full, we went out to watch the netherlands russia game. the funniest thing is, two years ago, at exactly this date (21st june) there was a WM game. Argentina against Netherlands. It was a 0-0 draw if i'm not mistaken. This time, netherlands lost. Is it a jinxed date for them?

For the coming wednesday game, i hope germany wins. i dont exactly like the german team. they kicked out my portugal team, and also my argentina during the WM. however, when the germans got thru to the semis, there were approximately 20,000 people in town whereas only 2,000 people partied when the turks won.

of my 3 favourite teams competing, only one is left. Gambatte Supain.
